A shareable mobile application installed on a shared on-site device, enabling security guards to manage attendance, patrol activities, incident reporting, and emergency alerts efficiently.

Activation

Guard Terminal begins with a secure activation process that verifies the shared device using a unique activation code. This ensures that only authorized devices and guards can access the application, keeping security operations protected.

Site-Based Access

Site-based access allows guards to authenticate their location through QR code scanning on the shared on-site device. This ensures that guards operate only at their assigned site and prevents unauthorized access from other locations.

Smart & Action-Oriented Dashboard

The dashboard acts as the central control panel on the shared device, displaying the assigned security project and providing quick access to key operational modules for guards.

Guard Terminal provides a quick and secure attendance system on the shared device using QR scanning and face verification. This ensures accurate check-in and check-out while confirming the guard’s identity and presence at the site.

Guard Terminal enables guards to perform and track patrol activities in real-time using checkpoint QR scanning from the shared device. Each scan confirms the guard’s presence at the checkpoint and records patrol activity in the system.
