2. Services Provided – V-Patrol offers security workforce management and payroll processing features, including:
- Guard assignment and shift scheduling
- Patrol and checkpoint monitoring
- Attendance tracking
- Salary generation, statutory deduction tracking, and payslip issuance
3. User Responsibilities – As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
4. Account Suspension or Termination – We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these terms
- The system is misused or abused
- Required by regulatory or legal authorities
5. Payroll and Financial Responsibility
- Users are responsible for reviewing all payroll configurations and inputs
- We are not liable for incorrect salary payments due to inaccurate employee records or manual overrides
- Statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) remain the responsibility of the employer or organization
6. Data Uses

7. Intellectual Property
All system designs, logos, source code, and trademarks remain the property of V-Patrol Security Sdn. Bhd. or its technology partners. No part may be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Legal Basis for Processing – We are not liable for:
- Payroll disputes resulting from data entry errors
- Service downtime beyond our control (e.g., network failures)
- Misuse or unauthorized access due to weak passwords or negligence
9. Service Availability
While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or force majeure events may cause brief outages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any updates.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
